Although mediation can be beneficial in a wide range of turmoil situations, there are scenarios in which litigation is a lot more appropriate. If however, both parties are properly motivated to take care of their dispute quickly and respectfully, are able to communicate well on their own account, and they are willing to consider compromises, then mediation might be a great choice.
