Malpractice Suit Canceled

The case management in a legal malpractice that Sara Buske filed on her divorce attorney is now off. The original date was set for the 28th of June at 9a.m and it was canceled by agreement from Madison County Chief Judge Ann Callis. She is suing Springfield law firm of Feldman, Wasser, and Draper & Cox for the mishandling of her divorce with Thomas Buske in 2008. She wants $50,000 per count for her damages and other relief. Sara wanted a divorce after a $203.8 million civil judgment that was against Thomas Buske in Wisconsin.
