Mediation Director Retires

Kathi Jensen is retiring on July 29th exactly 11 years from when she first started. She is retiring as executive director of Mediation Services of Anoka County, and she started as a program manager. “I started in July of 2000, actually on the 29th and I’m leaving 11 years later on the 29th… which is also my birthday and my wedding anniversary. I kind of like dates.” Jensen said with a chuckle. She oversaw schedules, screened cases for abuse, and training and supervising mediators.  She also teaches with her husband at middle and high schools.
